Brotherhood

One of the main advantages to living in a fraternity is the social and brotherhood aspect. Being a member of Acacia provides many opportunities to build friendships and meet people in the Greek Community. As an incoming freshman there is nothing that will help more when adjusting to college than having a welcoming social environment.

Aside from the random pick-up games of basketball at Leid Rec or the usual hanging out around the Chapter House, our Brotherhood Chair organizes a brotherhood event every week. These events range from going out to dinner Friday evening, going bowling at the Memorial Union Underground, or just watching a movie. During the football season many of the members also tailgate and go to the football game together.

spring-break-tripWinter and Spring break activities have included going to bowl games, golfing, and ski trips. This is a great example of brotherhood at its finest at Acacia. Trips like this are common at Acacia and many can be once in a lifetime opportunities.

Congratulations to Brother Ryan Whitener for being elected the new VP of Scholarship on IFC! @… https://t.co/iMYK0XNV0p
